TERMS AND SHIPPING POLICIES

You can qualify for credit terms if you have good credit.
To keep our prices low we require a $200.00 minimum on all orders.
All prices are FOB Vernon, California (Los Angeles area). If you don’t pick up at our warehouse, you’ll have to pay for shipping. Ask your sales rep about low freight or freight guarantee deals (some restrictions apply).
All prices, case packs, inner packs, minimum and packaging may change at any time without notice.
In the unlikely event you have a shortage or damage claim, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Have the damaged merchandise available for pick up or no credit can be issued. Sorry, no exceptions. Many items we offer for sale are purchased and moved to our warehouse based on orders we receive from our customers. Any order canceled is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We accept the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card.

BUSINESS AND SHOWROOM HOURS
Our offices and showrooms are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We’ll gladly open other hours for you after you have made an appointment with your sales rep.
